    Delivery Notes

    Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. AK Glow cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the courier first, then reach out to us if the issue remains unresolved.

  • Because our products are handmade and personal in nature, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of hygiene and safety.

    However, your happiness matters to us.

    If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a photo of the issue andwe’ll be more than happy to help.

    We’re here to make it right. That could mean a replacement, a refund, or another solution we agree on together.
